Im trying to request a payment from a family member who don't have a paypal account but for some reason whenever i try to make the request it doesn't work, i will get a message says "sorry, please try again later" Please help me!!
As you are not a business owner that can accept payments directly via a card then the sender would need to have a paypal account to receive the funds unless you have xoom. However that is not available in every country.
