My spouse had recently bought a reloadable Mastercard from the local family dollar when I saw it was the wrong card. He put 360$ on it thinking it was just a regular prepaid card so we could pay our Bill's. When he tried to return it, they said that they cant return (obviously) and that the money goes directly to paypal. We have tried to get ahold of a real human to help with our problem to no avail. Rent is coming up and we have nothing. How can we get out money back?
