'Reference Transactions' for my business account

How can I contact PayPal to request access to 'Reference Transactions' for my business account? All I get is absolute rubbish responses from the PayPal Assistant each time - completely irrelevant answers, and then when I request more assistance, each time it tells me there is no-one available! I cannot believe such poor service from such a huge and important company.

I'm sorry to hear of the negative experience. 

Regrettably, Reference Transactions are not available in the country you're reaching out from.
