I have integrated my Paypal account on the Mastermind.com platform, but am not able to process any transactions.
My account is fully verified and I have used it before on Shopify and had no problems.
However this is the response I received from the Mastermind support:
"Unfortunately, you must be approved for "Reference Transactions" when using PayPal as a Payment Gateway on your account as well as being permitted to create "Merchant Initiated Billing Agreements" or else the payments will not process."
I have sent numerous messages to Paypal support and have tried to phone them with no success - answering machine.
I am in South Africa and do not know how to get help or any assistance.
Please - does anyone know what I can do to have this resolved.
I do not even know what it means to get "approved for reference transactions" or what "permission to create merchant initiated billing agreement" refers to.
