Recurring Payment Issues with Customer

I just launched a membership and a customer signed up via membervault.
I received a notification that her payment was created but the dollar amount was $0.00 which is customary for all clients that sign up.
The customer, on her end, received an email saying that her payment was made.
Usually there is a second notification with a dollar amount.
I still have NO notification with a dollar amount and it's not showing up in my dashboard.
After all of the above, I get this via email from paypal.
Can someone please help me make it make sense?
