Can't access PayPal credit account

I have the same issue every month, and I am so sick of this! They send me a statement with no link to pay by credit balance. I use to have to Google to figure out how to pay it, and now Google doesn’t even tell me! I panic every month over this! It’s like they don’t want you to pay them, so they can charge you fees, what a scam! I am going to pay off my balance as soon as I figure out how, and never use their credit services again. To hell with you, PayPal!
