We use Quickbooks as our accounting software and have added the PayPal app so we can take credit/debit card payments for invoices. We are having a lot of trouble with it and customers have not been able to pay because the payment links don't work. On the suggestion of QB, we disconnected the app and then reconnected it; but now we get a message saying we have to log in to PayPal to finish setting up our account. When I log in to PP, I don't see anything that I can do to resolve the issue.
Anyone else had this issue and found a resolution? There is lots of negative feedback on QB about the PayPal integration and I can see why. If my customers can't pay their invoices then that is a problem!
