Problems with PP Credit Card?

I applied and was approved for a PP credit card in February. With a $2,200 limit. But online it says "We cannot approve you at this time." Sounds like I was denied. However, PP is reporting to the credit agencies that my account is open and valid. What is going on? Thanks.

That is the exact error. And like I said, they are reporting my active account for $2,200 to the credit agencies. How?
