Personal to non profit

Account was a personal account I sent out invoices for our Non profit wrestling program now I need to figure out how to change to the non profit so taxes aren’t being with held. I add the tax id and its telling me its not an ITIN

I do understand that you l\want to change the Personal account to Non-Profit account. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our support team to get further details. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
