Pending payment

Purchased the air tickets in 4 payments by using PayPal, it shows pending payments in a linked credit card , but not received any confirmation email from PayPal and the vendor , tried to cancel it , but it says 72 hours need to wait for the transactions, if I go for second purchase , what happen if I get approval for first one too, and another Hassel to resolve it, if not double purchase

If 2 purchases go through then you would need to contact the merchant and request x1 refund.
