Yesterday I placed an order for a Christmas item. At check out paypal pay later was offered so I chose that option. Today I notice that the full amount has been deducted from banking account. Why is that and what can I do about this error?
Did you check your email to confirm you were given the pay in 4 option? Because it sounds like you may have been denied it possibly? I'm not sure exact tbh. Have you tried contacting them thru live chat or calling them? I would do so as I'm not entirely sure why that would happen unless you weren't given the payment plan and somehow didn't see that they denied you.
That’s unlikely. When you select the pay in 4 option they provide you with the installment plan and you have to verify you agree to the terms. That’s what I did and they still deducted entire purchase and there are several others too.
