Paypal key

Hello community. I need to request a paypal key, but when I press Agree & Get your key, the message appears: Let's try that again We havent created your PayPal Key just yet. Let's give this another go. I've tried it several times and I can't because the same message appears. Please does anyone know what I should do to resolve this
