Paypal has rejected the submitted payout request, citing unspecified reasons for the declination.

I have recently created a business account on Paypal and provided all the valid details like email, and bank account also verified these, but when I request for the payout it declines the request and the support team doesn't even provide the exact reason for this. Whenever I try to click on the payout option it redirects me to this screen and this error is continuously showing again and again.

Hello @Zaybriscoe

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some hiccups registering for PayPal Payouts. PayPal Payouts are way for businesses to send money to multiple users at the same time. Just to make sure this is the right tool you're looking for, are you looking to send money to multiple users at the same time or are you trying to transfer money out of PayPal to a bank or card?

If you're trying to transfer money to a bank or card, you can find more info here.

If you're trying to send money to multiple users at the same time, you can find the prerequisites for each solution here:

Standard Payouts

Advanced Payouts

I hope that helps! If you're still unable to use PayPal Payouts after reviewing and completing the prerequisites, you may need to send payments to one customer at a time.

Best wishes on your future transactions with PayPal,
