I was told that high interest balance would be paid off first with any overpayment I made not the case my money went to towards a low interest plan surely this is wrong I was assured on the phone to them that my payment would reflect be taken to repay my high interest retail purchases first .they have only targeted half my overpayment to high interest items and half towards my plan that I wanted to leave in place why offer a promotion then take it away .leaving high interest balance I would never have paid this extra payment if I'd known would come off my supposed to be fixed installment plan not happy

Any arrangement you made with PayPal will be on record with them.  This is not PayPal support, this is user to user support, as such we have no way of checking your personal information.  Nor should we.  This is person to person support, you would need to go to PayPal.com, click the help button, scroll down to the "contact us" button and click that.  Choose your method of contact, fill in the pertinent information and submit it.  They will be able to better help you there.

What's the point of this then I've contacted them already they are looking into it I was just saying just asking why they lied
