Paypal credit not showing

It has been a month that my paypal credit not showing on Paypal. I have been transferred numerous times but nobody can help. According to Paypal credit my account is active. But according to paypal, it shows on their end that my paypal credit is closed. Can someone help me on this or have experience how to resolve this? We have tried the /myaccount/credit/accountlinking manually but nothing

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks using PayPal Credit as a funding source. Normally, our Support Teams should be able to assist in linking your PayPal Credit and PayPal accounts. They may need to unlink the closed PayPal Credit account before the option to link the new PayPal Credit account is available.

Can you tell me the phone number to the support teams? I have called both paypal and paypal credit. Paypal credit said they have linked it but its still not showing on my paypal, paypal support said they cant link or unlink a credit.

@Cgmary, thank you for that additional info. I'm sorry to say we wouldn't be able to provide a direct phone number over our Community Forums. However the link I provided above details any available methods and how to reach them. 
 

If they've advised they are unable to unlink the old PayPal Credit account, your best option may be to open a new PayPal account and try to link your PayPal Credit account to the new one. We don't usually recommend operating two accounts at the same time, so you may want to try to close the old one after you've moved over any financials you'd like to keep using.
