Paypal credit need help asap

I can not afford my repayments. I cat find a way to contact anyone. I have a disability meaning I can't talk so need text based communication. Live chat repeatedly gives me a phone number. I finally got an email address but have not a had a reply to my email. I'm terrified they are going to to severe action. I don't know what to do.

Thanks for responding back! Alternatively, you can also use our secure message center for all account related enquiries by logging into your PayPal Account. As you've already been suggested about contacting the team through call, I recommend you to give a call to the PayPal Credit team to get this resolved through an IP relay service.

As I said before I cant call. I sent emails but never got responses and livechat cant help. How am I supposed to contact PayPal to sort this out?
