Paypal credit line help

Please help! I cannot use it even access my PayPal credit line. I’ve used it and paid it off and would like to use it again and I’ve been hung up on 3 times with customer service. There is no where that says “ PayPal credit “ on my account to access it. I’m very confused and frustrated

As per the information that you have shared, it seems like this might be due to some technical glitch due to which the PayPal Credit is not reflecting.
