I am having the same issue. I am trying to purchase something on Ebay, it even shows what the payment would be for 12 months using PayPal Credit. So I hit buy it now, logged into PayPal and it only shows my credit card. It doesn't give me the option to select PayPal Credit. I tried contacting PayPal but no response back from them.
yeah, i have been having problems with paypal i swear... like one minute and can use all my cards next minute all my other cards are unavailable on the same checkout, and like pay 4 times one i got it to work but something went wrong and the option isnt there anymore
