I hope someone can answer my question, since I could not get an answer from Paypal. My question is:
I made a purchase using my paypal credit account. When the item did not come when told, I requested a refund, which I received. In the meantime, my paypal credit account came due to be paid and so I did. I now have a very large credit to my paypal credit account. I do not use paypal credit very often and would like that money reimbursed back to me since paypal is just holding on to it.
Can someone please explain to me how I can get paypal to reimburse me from my credit account? Thank you all in advance.
