This is the exact reason I came to this community. I see that others are having this problem as well. I tried to call customer service but a representative put me on hold and then I was lost in a sea of different prompts. The hold time was 29-45 minutes. I hope that they are now at least aware of the problem. It is as if my Paypal Mastercard does not exist online.
