I am a PayPal user since 2013, and totally satisfied with PayPal's service.
but recently PayPal credit really disappointed me like a scam!
For it came up to promo me the PayPal credit with 6 months 0 APR, after that 29.24%, even though it's really high rate, I still give it a try for the 6 month promotion, then plan is pay off after that to avoid 29.24% high rate, but what happened, I totally forgot to pay off, then PayPal credit charged me backed for 6 months interests for $400+ (for transactions $2600+), it's unreasonable and which I totally not aware that ( btw, the system also sucks, statement can not open all the time)! which all the others banks like chase, citi, wells fargo will never do this, they only charge interests after the promotion ends.
After 2 hours chats and calls with PayPal credit, PayPal, agent, manager, no way to dispute the hugh amount interests to me.
Anyway, will cancel PayPal credit immediately and never use again, never use PayPal account anymore.

@paypal credit

So you didn't abide by the terms and conditions of the offer by forgetting to pay it off and that is Paypals fault??
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I did pay much more costs in the other case, without saying a word! but you are right, they all play the same game, just overreacted to the new game, anyway, can only pay the cost and try to learn not fall in the trap again.
