Paypal Credit Refund not reflected in Balance

I had a refund completed by AliExpress. I originally paid via Paypal Credit. The refund is listed in Activity but my credit balance hasnt been updated to reflect the refund.

As it was a refund to PayPal Credit, does this mean I need to wait 1 or 2 billing cycles?  i.e. 1 or 2 months?
