Paypal Credit Outage

Hello

I cannot access Paypal Credit when I log in to my Paypal Account. Is anyone else experiencing this problem in the U.S.?

I am having the same problem.  I wonder what's up with this?  There are no notes or warnings that they are doing work on the Website, so I am at a loss as to why the PayPal Credit Card info is down.  I'm hoping it will be back up later....

I cannot access PayPal Smart Connect either.  It doesn't show up in my Wallet.
