If you’re referring to paypal.me link name you want to change, contact customer service:
1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Scroll down to click “Call Us” or “Message Us” option after the “Common Issues” section.
Messages are answered when an agent is available and in the order received.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
