Payflow stopped working a week ago.

We've been using Payflow for years. On September 24 we started receiving "User authentication failed." If I go to manager.paypal.com I cannot login using the credentials. If I try "forgot your password?" the response is there is no account. 

 

There have been no emails or snail mail from paypal about this issue. Also we can log in and use virtual terminal, etc. We have looked everywhere in the account for some error or notice or explanation. 

Back in olden times we used to have human contact account manager but now i think there are only robots. 

 

What can we do to troubleshoot this? We have other merchant accounts, with other vendors - fortunately, otherwise we'd be out of business.
