Payements to UPS stuck pending

I had some trouble yesterday buying some labels from UPS (not a member of their site, purchased as a guest). The first label I purchased, they sent me a confirmation right away. Unfortunately, the label info was incorrect so I had to cancel that shipment. Then I went back on their site and purchased another label. This time, no confirmation from them at all. 24 hours later, both payments to UPS are still "pending" and they have rendered no service or refund for either purchase.

 

What can I do?
