PayPal won't publish my gift card

Hi Everyone, after creating a gift card through the PayPal prompts, it gave me a web address to cut and paste into the browser, when I do that all I get is a message saying "Looks like there's an issue" Try again. and then general gift card search comes up and I am not on it. PayPal won't return my emails, any thoughts? My company is InnerConnections LLC and my webaddress is innerconnectionspdx.com

According to the screenshot supplied, it sounds like you my be running into our security system. Please attempt clearing cache and cookies and utilizing different browser when trying again.
