I see other folks have asked if a person with a personal PayPal account can send funds to a person with a Venmo account, and the answer is 'no'. I also gather that in order to accomplish that I'd need to link my bank account to a Venmo account. My bank account is already linked to an account in the PayPal ecosystem. It seems redundant to link it to another. Wouldn't I want to LIMIT where it is linked?
