PayPal pay in 3

So as soon as PayPal moves to PayPal U.K. my pay in 3 my option is removed . I believe this is a concerted effort by the brush government & financial institutions to control how people like myself can pay for our goods & services . It appears now PayPal is credit checking all U.K. account holders & that even customers like myself 21 years standing I’ve had my account never missed a payment used PayPal pay in 3 on hundreds of transactions have had this option removed . Klarna did exactly the same last year . I now have a Zilch account was given it straight away and will be using that in future . In fact if I did not have to use PayPal for my eBay account I would delete it immediately . Anyone else had this issue ?

Please be advised that Pay in 3 may not be available for certain merchants or certain purchases. PayPal Pay in 3 as an option may not be available based on our internal checks. PayPal  may also decide not to offer Pay in 3 as a payment option in certain circumstances, such as where data we hold suggests you may not be eligible or where our checks suggest an increased risk of fraud. The checks we run are with an external credit reference agency. This search will only be visible to you and will not affect your credit score. Oh so cos ive bought some things online from china im a risk? Ive spent thousands literally and paid every penny of it not one problem. A lot of stuff is chinese now even websites its not our fault

Thing is my credit rating is great i only had an error with pay pal because their system never took a payment but mines gone also 🤬 they promised me it would be fixed and i could re apply but months now
