Anyone else had issues with this of late? To keep it short, I've used the Pay in 3 installments thing for a couple of years or more now. I've made probably up to 30 purchases this way, most being via eBay. I've not once been late with a payment and pay off perhaps 90% of my purchases days if not weeks early.
A couple of months ago it seemed to just stop being an option for me. It doesn't show when I check out on eBay any longer, just PayPal Credit which is a totally different thing. I have tried other sites that used to give me the option but it's the same thing with them, and so not just an issue with eBay as I originally thought might be the case. I just don't see the option any more.
Can anyone tell me why this might be the case? Considering I've never misused the service or been late with a single payment, it's really frustrating to suddenly not be able to use it any longer and also to have no explanation why. Just to note, I did speak to a PayPal agent some weeks back who gave a rather confusing and generic answer, but basically said there were no issues at all with my account, which I already knew, and that they haven't taken the option from me. But didn't really explain why I could no longer see it when checking out and the situation hasn't changed since that conversation.
