PayPal not answering for Commerce Platform for Marketplaces

Hello everyone,

I'd like to apologize if this post doesn't belong here. Long story short, I'm building a marketplace, I applied for their Commerce Platform for Marketplaces program, I received the documentation, filled it in, got done with my prototype and incorporated the PayPal api on my website. I wanted to try it out and it works fine in sandbox mode, but it just won't go live because I need PayPal to verify / approve the documents I sent and my website (it should be fine lol). Anyway, I was in talk with them since march and out of nowhere they just stopped responding in July, right after I sent them all the remaining documentation I was still missing. I thought it was perhaps because it was the summer and so on, but now it's been 2 months and still no answer from them. I sent them about 6 different emails and still no answers, I tried calling their client support but every time I encounter someone who doesn't even know what I'm talking about (and that's only when they actually want to help). I also tried the online chat with a real person but this is to no avail as well.

In the end, I decided to simply contact the person in charge of my paypal "partnership" on Linkedin and yet no answer. I don't know what to do, I'm stuck with my startup and waiting to go live... All I need is PayPal as a payment solution....
