PayPal credit

I recently applied for PayPal credit and when I go to check out at any store, it does not give me the option to use my PayPal credit. How can I fix this? Also, it will not allow me to look at my PayPal credit information. It keeps telling me there’s an error. Can someone please help me with these issues?
