When I apply for a PayPal credit card, is it a hard Inquiry on my credit report or a soft inquiry on my credit report. Is my credit report the only thing that is considered or is the fact that I have a PayPal account considered?
Besides the recommended minimum credit score of 700, they also consider income, amount of debt and any bad marks in your credit report. You get a credit decision in seconds but it’s a hard pull.
