So about a week ago I contemplated buying a large ticket item on eBay and was shown an APR of 2.9% if I decided to pay in 12 or 24 months. There was no indication this was part of a promotion. Today, the same purchase is showing an APR of 12.9%?
was there (or is there periodically) an APR promotion going on last week? How do you get notified when they are being offered?
