Can anyone please tell me how I can get a new PayPal card? I lost mine. I searched and it says go to my summary page but I looked and I see no summary page I have clicked on everything on my menu on my account and I see nothing about reporting my card lost or replacing my card. I even went to customer support and no help except pretty much says go to my account . If anyone can help me I surely appreciate the help very much. Thank you
