I have tried everything and have left feedback on the Google app store but PayPal aren't fixing the issue despite a couple of recent updates, it works fine on my ipad so it seems like the issue is with the Android app. Why are PayPal ignoring this issue despite so many people having the same problem?
Yes, like i have mentioned to many people, many times, i have tried everything, please please please take a look at all of the feedback on the Google play store regarding this issue. Many people have found the feedback helpful and many have the same problem which indicates a wider issue. There is definitely something wrong and its not user error. Please can this be investigated further as soon as possible.
This has been happening to me also. App opens, shows home page and immediately crashes. Now started doing the same on my Samsung tablet. Removed and re-installed twice, cleared cache, cleared data keeps doing it. Makes it impossible to purchase anything on phone using paypal. Software is up to date. I can see a few people have this issue. Please let memknow if you have found a fix!
