Been comaining baout this almost daily since November. Support dont care and wont listen keep saying to reinstall app! Useless when i even told them ive done that over 100 times even factory reset phone. it doesn't WORK AT ALL.

Same here. Didn't bother to ask customer support. Maybe they don't want to pay for messaging those security codes to customer mobile phones anymore?
