PayPal Working Capital Dashboard Error

So basically we had a working capital loan and have recently paid this in full.

We haven't been able to access our working capital dashboard for around 12 months, it just throws up the below error message.

We finally got through to an agent at PayPal Working Capital support and he opened a ticket, understood the issue and assured us it would be resolved, we have just received the results from the technical support department advising that no errors where found, this has become beyond frustrating

Solutions we have tried so far are

Clearing web browser cache

Tried multiple browsers

Tried the mobile APP

Tried multiple links to working capital

Calling paypal support (around 10 times)

Calling working capital support (around 3 times)

Opened tickets within paypal message centre (around 9 times)

Are you getting any sort of error code when you use the link directly? I feel like this program has been shut down or something it's very strange
