My e-commerce website, on the Shopify platform, requires customers paying for goods purchased. I got in touch with Cardinal Commerce (cardinalcommerce.com), which I believe works with PayPal to process customer payments at checkout. They sent me an International Merchant Form to complete to facilitate the process.
Section 5 of the Merchants Accounts Information Form requires us to provide a number of information that include the Visa/MC Merchant ID; the Acquiring Visa BIN; and the Acquiring MC BIN to facilitate customer payments at the checkout, and we understand, that PayPal could provide us these required information.
It's almost impossible to contact PayPal on this issue as the Massage Bot just couldn't understand the message. I would be happy if anyone could help with this matter. It is a completely new terrain for me, please.
