My question is, doesn't PayPal.Me payment links accept credit card payment from guest users? I am pretty sure this was working earlier, and links could be paid by credit card without having (or signing up for) a PayPal account. Now, the payment link requires either "sign in" or "sign up".

Am I missing something, or did something change? Or is this some country-based restrictions? It would be useful for the recipient to be able to pay by credit card when they don't have (or don't want) a PayPal account. Thanks.
