Just to let everyone know, the PayPal Mastercard account summary (balance, available credit, "make a payment" button) has come back on the main account summary page. And when I click the button, I get taken to my account page on Synchrony which appears to be fully operational again. I'd remind everyone to check their transactions to make sure nothing unusual happened while account information was unavailable.
