PayPal Extras Mastercard link vanished

I can't find the link I use to make Mastercard payment. Not in wallet. Nowhere.... Ideas???

Mine's missing as well, and the phone says that they can't access my account (even though I gave no number) so I think they have a massive glitch right now.

Massive glitch exactly right. Looks like whole site has been redone. Mastercard payment scheduling link magically reappeared. Yay
