Hi guys
It appears that despite selecting PayPal credit as my preferred method of payment and despite there being sufficient balance I am unable to pay a person (whom I know) for goods using this facility. Any help appreciated
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
