Hi all, Hopefully someone can help me. I tried to update my surname on my PayPal account so everything was matching since I got married in January and I’ve been sent an email saying that as I was under 18 when I created PayPal (which I don’t remember at all!) that my account has been limited so I’ll be unable to send or receive money. My question is, I am a PayPal Credit user. I have £40 outstanding which is scheduled to come off on the 29 June. If I can’t send money, how do I pay this off now? I’m so worried about this situation 😞 Also, would I be able to create a new PayPal credit account? I tried even creating a new PayPal account there and it won’t allow me to do so but I use PayPal so frequently, so not sure what to do. I just wondered if anyone has had this situation before as I don’t want to be unable to not pay the remainder of my balance and incur fees
