I set up a recurring direct debit payment every month to pay my credit agreement. This month the direct debit was taken, but returned even though there were sufficient funds in my account. As a result, I’ve incurred a late payment fee of £12 and a missed payment fee of £12. Surely this can’t be right? It won’t let me open a dispute in the resolution centre either.
