PayPal Credit Available Balance - Not updating after over 2 calendar weeks

Hey all,
I have paid my usual PayPal Credit monthly bill at the end of last month and it has been 11 working days (15 calendar days) since this payment was accepted and it has still not shown in my available balance. The payment has come up within my payments history and it says that it's been accepted but no balance change.
I have tried calling up PayPal Credit for help regarding the issue but I can't seem to actually get through to anyone to query this issue and there don't seem to be any automated options that cover this issue either. Just statements etc.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I have recently changed the address belonging to the account that my PayPal/PayPal Credit is tied to. Could this be the reason? If so, I've already added my new address and set it as primary but it won't let me change the address registered to my PayPal credit?
EDIT 2: I've managed to remove all other addresses and change my primary address to the correct one associated with my bank. If that was the issue, how long until I can use my Credit balance again and the issue is remedied?

Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear your recent payment has not reflected on your available balance yet. It certainly sounds like enough time has passed to allow for that payment to reflect on your available balance. If it still as not reflected, your best option would be to reach out to PayPal Credit's Customer Support for assistance.
