My International shipment was refused due to customs declaration error. I used Pay Pal shipping to send a $50.00 Package to Canada. The shipping service filled out the customs form incorrectly and it showed the value of the package at $413.29 and a tax to be paid of $71.84 My customer refused the parcel and I don't blame him I would have too. I sent the customer a new order that I did myself through USPS direct. I just received the original shipment back. I'm looking for at least a refund of my postage to Canada. My customer wasn't real happy and I'm out the ship costs and possible a customer. What's my next move? Help.
