I have been using pay pal pay in 3 made all my payments made some early but now it’s been took off my account I just wanted to know will it be restored once I’ve made more payments on my account?

I understand your concern about not getting an option of Pay in 3. Pay in 3 may not be available for certain merchants. PayPal Pay in 3 as an option may not be available based on our internal checks. Here's the article to know more information.
