Is Paypay in 3 available in Ireland?
I am trying to set it up and have linked my IBAN but to no avail.

Pay in 3 is available to UK customers only. It is offered as an option at PayPal checkout.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
