In Canada, does Paypal have the option to pay over 24 months ?

I see Pay Later product offered but I get "Text unavailable"....I live in Canada

Is Pay Later available in Canada ?

Pay Later is not in Canada.  I am Canadian and the only time I see it is when I leave my VPN on a us city and access PayPal with that active.  It would appear it is an American version of PayPal only.
